Erin Roxburgh is Deputy Chair of Women in Sport Aotearoa and a researcher, lecturer, and governance practitioner specialising in sport leadership and equity. She brings experience across academic, community and national governance contexts, with a strong focus on values-based decision-making and inclusive systems. Erin is passionate about supporting emerging leaders and shaping sport environments that better reflect the communities they serve.
